Submit a vacancy — role, salary, location, must-haves. We ask the right questions to understand the role beyond the job description. No charge to brief.
Candidate Identification
We search our network and actively headhunt. Every candidate is phone-screened and technically qualified before you see a CV. No irrelevant profiles.
Shortlist Presented
Typically within 5–10 working days. We present 3–5 qualified candidates with our own assessment notes. You choose who to interview.
Offer & Onboarding Support
We coordinate interviews, manage counteroffers and see it through to start date and beyond. We don’t disappear after the CV drop.
Replacement Guarantee
If a placed candidate leaves within the agreed probation window, we provide a free replacement search. Contact us for specific terms by sector.
